As an UX designer with a background in Event Coordination, my strengths lie in my abilities to leverage my client facing, organizational, as well as creative skills to transform a user experience into something that people will enjoy and find delightful. I am equipped with unique problem solving skills, juggling multiple priorities, and the ability to grow my understanding of design thinking through active listening, empathizing, and flexibility. I started my career in customer service, which has given me the true skill of connecting and empathizing with a user. Much like an event, it is my job to take a digital product from a concept, to a creation that users will find functional and delightful.​
